Educate Your Palate! We make wine approachable. Our wine classes span a variety of levels and topics. Class is casual, coverage of material is thorough, and our teachers are top-tier industry professionals. Sign up in advance below, or drop in at the last minute as long as seats remain available.





All Wine Classes include a cheese and bread board.

A Tour of Germany & Austria
Riesling, Gruner, Spatburgunder, Blaufrankisch? Come explore these historic cool climate regions of Europe on a tour of Germany and Austria. Kabinett, Eiswein, Smaraagd, Gutswein, Gross Gewachs, we'll discuss all these terms while we taste delicious wines from the Mosel all the way to Styria. By the end you will be able to discuss the whites and reds (yes there are reds too!) that make this region so rich and equally delicious!

Though they're famous for going well together, cheese and wine aren't the easiest of things to understand. Stilton and Syrah or Gruyère and Grüner — who knows?? We do. This fun, social, laid back "pizza party" class involves pizza with different seasonal, gourmet toppings, all paired with a comprehensive lesson in perfect pairings. We'll taste six unique wines while we learn and discuss what works and what doesn't (and why).

Warm Weather Reds
When temperatures heat up you don't have to abandon red wine for something colder. There are plenty of thin skinned varieties that can take you through any season and that drink well when slightly chilled.
We will discuss the reds that work for any warm weather occasion, whether it's the beach or a BBQ. Join us as we explore some of our favorites and learn about thin skinned red varietals like Pinot Noir, Gamay, Grenache and more.
